Return Policy and Process

Here's our basic policy:

Manufacturer's Defects: 90-day guarantee. Get your money back or a store credit.

New, unworn product in the original packaging: 90-day policy. Get your money back or a store credit.

Worn product with no defect: 30-day policy. Return for a store credit.

We reserve the right to make exceptions or modifications to this policy. Click below for the full policy.

How to Return

We've recently revamped our website and returns process. Please choose from these options to learn more about our returns process for your purchase:

Detailed Instructions:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or issued as a store credit, depending on our policy. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@runnersplus.com.

Note: Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new, separate purchase for the new item.
